Cloudways has a pretty tight control over server resources and, sometimes, its default NGINX settings aren’t enough to have a smooth experience. This can often result in 502 errors, followed by a “User already exists” error on the sign-up flow.
If you are running into this issue, contact Cloudways support and ask them to increase the NGINX proxy timeout parameters. They will know what that means and your network will resume working in no time. 😃
